Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
A: Orders typically take 2 - 5 days to process before they ship - excluding weekends and holidays. During holidays processing orders can take up to 5 days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number when your order ships.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can use our track order lookup option. You will need the confirmation number provided via email once order is processed and the email used at the time of purchase.
Q: I receive my tracking number, but shows "Status Not Available"?
A: It normally takes 5 - 10 business days for the tracking number to appear on the tracking site. Please wait and you will be able to view the tracking number.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping to United States: 5 - 15 business days
Shipping to International: 10 - 45 business days
Average shipping time is 1 - 6 weeks
There are circumstances that are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. Most packages will arrive on time, but there may be different circumstance and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Q: I received my package, and it arrived damaged. How do I replace it?
A: Exploring Trends is working on providing protective packaging daily. There is odd occasion that the package arrives damaged. Most factors are out of our control (weather, shipping handling, etc). You can contact our custom service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach the confirmation number and also a picture of damaged product. Once we receive verification, we will send out a replacement at no extra cost.
Q: I ordered multiple items and only received one item. Where is my additional item?
A: Occasionally, we may ship multiple piece orders out from multiple locations to get your order to you as fast as possible. Do not be alarmed as both Items may arrive at separate times.
Q: I've contacted customer support and I haven't received a reply?
A: We apologize if we were unable to provide a response right away. Our Customer Service Team answers emails during our regular hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Mountain Time). Our Customer Service Email is available to you, and our team will response within 24 - 48 hours to your request.
