All sales are final upon shipping the item. If you wish to cancel your order you must request to do so before the item has been shipped in order to receive your full refund. Refunds are only given if there is a defect and/ or the item is broken or has not been received past the final 6 weeks due to a clerical error.
Please understand some items are shipped from overseas and our estimated time of arrival could be anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks depending on the item. Items may also be shipped in separate containers, reception of refunds could defer based on policy of your bank.
Receipt of refund may take anywhere from 1 - 7 days, although a confirmation email will be sent immediately. If you have any questions on if you qualify for a refund you can email us at email@example.com.
